Private Pilates machines are sold in two places: here, at the factory store, and through authorized resellers around the world. The machines are identical. The beechwood frames, the chrome-plated steel, the springs and upholstery all come out of the same factory we have run since 2017.

What changes is everything around the machine: the price, who handles your warranty, where spare parts come from, and who answers your questions. This page lays out both paths so you can decide where to order.

What changes when you order factory-direct

You pay the factory list price

Every reseller adds a margin to stay in business. That is fair and normal, but it means the same machine costs more the further it travels from the source. Our store publishes factory list prices:

US shipping is free, insured, and takes 7 to 14 business days. If a machine arrives damaged, we replace it free.

Warranty claims answered by the people who built your machine

Every machine carries a 10-year main-frame warranty covering the wood and metal structure against manufacturing defects. When you buy direct, a claim goes straight to the factory. No forwarding photos through a middle party, no waiting on someone else's supplier. The people who assess your claim are the people who built your reformer.

Wear items such as springs, ropes, straps, and upholstery are consumables and sit outside the frame warranty, which leads to the next point.

Spare parts for every model, any time

We stock replacement parts for every machine we have ever made. Springs, ropes, straps, upholstery, hardware. Because we are the manufacturer, that supply does not depend on anyone else's inventory decisions. Need a part in year two or year twelve? We ship it. That is lifetime spare-part support, and only the factory can promise it.

Ask us before you buy and we will walk you through the factory on a live video call. You see the machines being built, ask questions in real time, and confirm exactly who you are buying from. A reseller cannot offer this, because it is not their factory.

  • You want to try before you buy. If a reseller near you has a showroom, lying on the carriage and feeling the spring resistance in person is worth a visit.
  • You already have a relationship. If a local dealer has looked after your studio for years, that trust has real value.
  • You want bundled local services. Some resellers package delivery, assembly, and on-site orientation into one local arrangement.

Because the Private Pilates name appears on many sites, here is how to confirm you are at the source:

  • The entity. This store is operated by Cankaya LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming. That name appears on your order documents.
  • The tour. We offer a live video tour of the factory floor to any buyer who asks. A store that cannot show you the factory is not the factory.
