The fine print
The 10-year warranty covers the main frame (the wood and metal structure) against manufacturing defects. Wear items such as springs, ropes, straps and upholstery are consumables and sit outside the frame warranty; factory-direct replacements are available for every model, any time. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overuse beyond rated capacity, or unauthorized modifications. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
