SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping prices are calculated based on weight, size, and quantity, and will vary depending on the destination. Shipments are sent via our chosen carriers unless otherwise requested. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Any order shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and is collected at the time of delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Private Pilates Equipment only charges merchandise and shipping fees to your credit card.

DELIVERY STATUS

When your order leaves our facility, we will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as possible for you to track your order.

PICKING UP ORDERS FROM THE PRIVATE PILATES EQUIPMENT WAREHOUSE

You can pick up your order from our warehouse. After completing your order on our website, you have the option to visit our warehouse and collect it. No extra fees will be charged except for the prices listed in the product catalog.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method selected during Checkout, and the carrier delivering your item(s).
